Glyder Fach
Glyder Fach, 3261 ft peak in the heart of Snowdonia (Eryri) National Park is like another world on the summit, the cantilever stone and Castell Y Gwynt are great photographic locations.
In this adventure I camp at over 3000 ft and witness the best cloud inversion I have ever seen!
Moel Siabod
Moel Siabod is said to have the best views in snowdonia and I can’t argue with that! At 2861 ft in elevation, this is a much quieter option, with a great scrambling route, if this takes your fancy.
This camp was in full winter conditions with temps dropping to -8 on the summit. The icing on the cake was the Aurora Borealis making an appearance, a first for me, what a special night!
